We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was situated in the downtown mall area, allowing us to easily walk to bars, restaurants, concert venues, and all the shops we needed. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a recently remodeled and beautifully decorated room that was clean and comfortable. The staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to the historic downtown Pedestrian Mall where we found numerous restaurants, shops, and movie theaters. The hotel facilities were impressive with a beautiful lobby, clean rooms, and a sauna, pool, and hot tub for relaxation. We also appreciated the free parking and the convenience of having elevators from the parking garage directly into the hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff at the bar and during breakfast were very friendly. The hotel facilities, including the hot tub and pools, were clean and enjoyable. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the downtown mall with its restaurants and shops right outside the front door. We were also close to the town square and had easy access to transportation for exploring the city.
There was nothing we didn't like.
